Advice has been received from the Northern Territory Attorney General’s Department with regard to reproducing extracts from Hansard and the Media Releases of Government and the Opposition.

The Northern Territory Government is the owner of the published proceedings of the Legislative Assembly, and of any documents produced by the Chief Minister and the Ministers in the course of their duties.

The current Leader of the Opposition, Clare Martin, has granted permission for the inclusion of media releases from Members of the Opposition.

Permission has been received from publications and authors to make available various documents about the railway. The following is a list of publications and authors, who have given permission for their documents to be included in the compilation of documents.
